- Information you provide. When you complete our case-read quiz, consultation request, or other forms, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the details you share about your situation (such as your immigration status, timeline, and any notes).
- Consent records. When you check a consent box, we record that you consented, the exact wording you agreed to, and the date and time.
- Technical and usage information. Like most websites, we automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring links. This helps us operate, secure, and improve the site.

If you provide your phone number and check the consent box, you agree that LMH Law, PLLC may contact you by phone call, text/SMS message, WhatsApp message, and email, including messages sent using automated technology, about your inquiry and about our services and promotions. Consent isnot a condition of receiving any services. Message frequency varies, andmessage and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to any text message to stop texts (replyHELP for help), use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us at[email protected]. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop communications about a matter we are actively handling for you. We do not share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf to run our practice and this website, under obligations to protect it, including:
